LS2 tuning?
It was worth LS2edit, just to get rid of CAGS, raise the rev limiter, and turn on the fans a little earlier.

Some people are just concerned that if they have their vehicle tuned by a shop that is using LS2 Edit and then either purchase our product, or go to a tunershop that has our product, that they will not be able to re-tune their vehicle.
On the other hand, if they have our product, or go to a shop using our product, they can still go to a shop using LS2 Edit and have their vehicle re-tuned.
IMHO, that is peoples concerns.
They just want to know their options, that's all. They are not trying to flame.

For what it's worth, I hope all tuners save copies of their customers stock tunes. Whether locked or not, it is bad business to burn a car without backing up their data.

I would love to have tried one of the other products, but decided not to wait. It does everything I need, plus a lot more.

I'm brandy new to the Tuning aspects but have a lot at stake in that I have 5 different LS2 powered vehicles and many folks lined up wanting engine packages and tuning services.I've conducted as much of my own research, mainly into EFI LIve and HP Tuners and I'm ready to purchase Diagnostic / Tuning Hardware and Software for the first time.
You guys don't really instill much confidence in anybody trying to make a fairly crucial, initial decision.
I totally acknowledge that the built-in scanning is a big advantage to HPTuners, but I'm comfortable with LS1/LS2edit, and need a separate scanner anyway. Dragging my laptop around in my racecar is really not an option.
