Do I need a new Laptop???

I keep getting Attempting to reconnect every five seconds and it freezes, then all my data is lot.

The Laptop I have is like 5 years old and REALLY slow!

It has Wink2K and I have bare min as far as programs go.

AT/AT COMPATIBLE
97,592 KB RAM

Could this be the cause of it crashing all the time???

might as well. im looking to get the dell b120. very basic model. $590 shipped i think.

I think so....that error is SOOOOOOOOOOO annoying! I have tried to change cables, and nothing. I still get the error. People were having luck with changing the cable, but they might have better laptops than me.

thats the one. my laptop keeps getting a power surge error. do u think it could be the cables?

My laptop is even older, its a pentium 200mhz running win98, it can't handle 2k or XP. It works fine for Autotap, HpTuners, and LS1 Edit.

But I would definatley look into getting some more RAM.
