Tuning frustrations arghhh

How do you guys do it. I have HPtuners and innovate and I log AFR vs Map and rpm on my innovate and one run i'll get 13.10AFR and then i'll do anohter run an hour later and get 15.26 in the same cell. How the hell do you guys set your afr to what you want when this happens.

i assume your trying to tune your VE table? what a/f are you commanding? are you going into pe mode or something?

I'm trying to do my VE table. My PE is off right now. I'm commanding 14.7afr at 20-55kpa, 13.5afr from 60-75Kpa and 12.5 afr from 80-100kpa. It just seems every time I do a run the numbers are different so don't know how to go about this. I seem to keep chasing and chasing this.

Make sure COT (cat over-temp protection) is disabled as it will randomly richen your commanded AFR. Obviously you want to stay out of PE as that will change your commanded AFR too.

he still had dfco turned on & his trim learning was still enabled...did ya get my email back tim? I was having some slight issues with my new email servers.
