Question about emission DTC options and LS1 Edit... Just wondering, after looking at the instructions on the carputing site I was unclear about toggling SES lights. I noticed that you can turn the test on or off, but then there is an option for showing the MIL. All it shows on the freeze frame picture in the instructions is a Type B MIL. Then it says you can toggle it. So my question is, what are the toggle options? Can you make a Type B into a Type A? Or just turn it off? I’m asking because I’m going to be trying to undo some tuning that someone else did with Edit on my PCM and I don’t know if certain DTCs were a type A or type B originally, so I’m hoping I won’t have to choose.

Re: Question about emission DTC options and LS1 Edit... One last question though...there are more rear O2s codes than just those 4 though, correct? If I encounter any others that are turned off, should I just make them a type B since it seems that all the others are a type B?? Or are these the only O2 codes that Edit lets you mess with? Like I said, another shop tuned my PCM with Edit and I’m trying to undo some of what they did, so if Edit can’t do it then I’m sure they didn’t do it.
