still waiting They could at least say if it has shipped or not yet....even if they aren't giving tracking #'s on some of them. I'll give them 1 day for some sort of confirmation before I cancel my order and go with EFI Live.

you know if one spent a much time on having secure efficiant money transactions as timely product release and filling of orders there would be none of this, but maybe in a different form called praise.

If I don't receive specific info (or receive the product) by the end of the day today I will be cancelling. This lack of communication is just unacceptable no matter how many orders they are trying to get out.
Imagine dropping your car off to get some mods done and all you were told was we might give you a call when it is done. And that's the only thing you hear back about your car. Whether it's being worked on or not doesn't matter... if the activity isn't communicated to that specific customer about their car then in their eyes nothing is progressing.

I did receive a response from Keith. Was hoping my order would be a little further along and wishing it wasn't shipping via ground but atleast I know where it stands. This little bit of communication makes all the difference.
Keith, if it's going to be more than a day or two via ground can we pay extra for 2nd day?

Any update on when the Ford support will be released? The reason I am gonna buy this is so I can share the cost with my buddy who owns an 03 Cobra who needs a tune badly.
How will this work when I buy the sweet and enhanced EIO cable/black box and the credit system??
(sorry if this was covered already, no time to read 28 pages!! heh!)

When we release the prices, you and your buddy can figure the total cost between base packages and added support to split things up evenly.

Hi Ken,
Could you please clarify this for me. Are you going to charge us for two full seperate packages including EIO support with our own individual credit system?? Doesn't make sense to me by what you wrote, too tired tonight after st patty day parade festivities, heh!
I was hoping I would pay for package which I thought was univeral now, and could use the credits for Ford....
