Wow, I did see that. Hmmm, I will have to pm jesse? Got me interested.

What's all included? Cable and I can download the software. What is with the 2 bar, etc. Will I need anything additional? Probably a wideband o2 sensor correct? What do they run?

Included is the cable, software and two vehicle licenses (you wont be using them so they will still be there). New updates can be downloaded and a WB will run you anywhere frm 150 (LC1 Innovate Motorsports) to 300

I'm curious as how the wideband setups work. To tune with EFILive's flashscan hardware, do all you need is the 5wire bosch WB sensor hardwired into the unit? Or are there extra things that you need? Does anyone have a part number for that and can you get it at like Autozone or something?

Thanks!
Adrian

Also, some references for getting what exactly you need if you need more then just the sensor for monitoring AFR via EFILive

With EFILive's interface, the professional or commerical comes STANDARD with the EIO inputs, so there is no need to purchase anything extra. If you use a wideband sensor, you will need to purchase the wideband interface as well from the manufacture. You must have the interface (control box) for it to work with any software you look at. A really popular wideband is the LC-1 from innovate. It is around 150$ and includes the sensor, box and all wires you will need.

To add to this, the V1 interface allows you to connect (2) 0-5v analog inputs, and (1) k type thermocouple input. The soon to be released V2 interface expands this to (4) 0-5v analog inputs, (2) 12v discrete inputs, and 2 k type thermocouple inputs - ALL AS STANDARD EQUIPMENT!

Hmmm, do you have a link to where I can get the full kit for 150! The cheapest I've seen so far has been 200. Also, what is the difference between the LM-1 and the LC-1. Innovate says that their LC-1 uses the same stuff that the LM-1 uses...

Thanks for your help!!

I might just order the commercial version. Hmm, pcm locking is nice. Damn, tough choice. The ETC calibrations is cool also. Doesn't all the new vettes use this feature? Wow, it's a tough call.

Of course, this stuff isn't cheap at all. $699.00 versus $849.00

You would think this company would come up with some lower prices. Maybe some group buys. Tuning isn't exactly cheap and the software isn't exactly affordable for the average person.

Save $100.00 per month, and in 8.49 months you'll have it.
Come on man, this is car stuff, it takes priority over food or furniture.

You should wait and get the V2 in March.

I agree about waiting for the new v2. Sounds like a good idea. Just finishing up the car audio, car is semi fast but I wouldn't mind haveing a 10 sec car. Looks like some heads/cam and some juice. It's so addictivek, just like the damn stereo. Damn, like a big kid.

I'm waiting on my damn kenwood kvt-915 so I may just have to put the kicker kx2500.1 and my two 15 L7s to the factory head unit for now.

After reading EFILive's website I'm confused. If I wait until after March and buy the Commercial version, will I get the new V2 interface, or is that still a $399 upgrade? Either way, I'm gonna buy it, but I can wait a month or two if it means a better deal.

I think after they release V2 that is what you would get but I need to also check because I have the Commercial Version now.

If you upgrade within the first month, it is a flat $299. It doesn't matter what you have. After the first month if you elect to upgrade to the new V2 interface, it will be a $399 upgrade fee. Either way for what you get it is a great deal. That combined with other things EFILive has planned for us makes it that much better....

Some things are better to wait for then others. While I can't speak for the guys at EFILive, I would say that I think it should be out within the next couple months. Could be sooner then that, could be longer. With them releasing the pricing information and such for V2, I see LS2/LS7 support being right around the corner. We all have waited this long for it, why not wait a little longer and get the best. You will be very happy with the end result!
