Default LS1edit near Pittsburgh?

Does anyone know of the closest shop to Pittsburgh where I could get dyno tuning with ls1edit? I really don't feel like driving all day to a shop but it looks like I might have to. Thanks in advance!

I went down and talked to Jason @ www.fbodycentral.com and he know his stuff! he pulled up edit on his laptop and showed me some stuff, there is a dyno right down the road from him with wideband he uses to tune with.

4 1/2 hours from me (I am near Uniontown pa)

Count me in if someone could do it. I think Terry should just buy the unlimited version and and study up on edit over the winter

That's a great idea! I'll be due for some tuning in the spring after the heads/cam this winter. I know Rapid just got LS1edit, one of my friends froms school just got his tuned there. We should all pick a place, try to get a discount, and pick a day to go. Email me if you would like to do this sometime in the spring, or when the weather is nice and I'll definately go. mvello@vt.edu

Topless, Stropes Speed shop is Washington Pa has a dyno, They don't have LS1edit though. $100/hr is what they charge I believe.

If we want to get this group tuning underway soon, just let me know. Thanks guys!!

Matt

haha If I thought I could figure edit out, I'd buy it.

Mti says they can get my tuning nearly dead on so looks like I am going with them, then I will goto a dyno to check the a/f after I break my car in.

as far as nearby dyno's with wideband:

stropes, but they are plain ********!
not giving them my $

speednation near pitts. somewhere but they don't have wideband

asap performance somewhere near pitts. supposedly has wideband. I may look into them.

as I was saying, Jason at fbodycentral knows his edit! He is about 4 1/2 hours from me.

my motor should be here any day...

I have two friends that had problems with MTI, they wouldnt even give us a read out sheet of what they did. Yeah it might be close but its never as good as tuning in the car on the dyno.

mail order tuning sucks

I talked with Mike at Rapid back when I lived in Pa. Give him a call...he's more than happy to help.

I'd be very interested as well. I wouldn't mind paying a little bit for the dyno time to save me the travel and travel time.

Stropes charged me $85.00 for 2 pulls no wideband. They are way over priced... I have Ed Wright tuning and I can't complain. My car runs like a champ. I think a few of you can attest to that...
