First experience with Dyno/tuning. Questions.
I will be taking the car in shortly for her first Dyno/tuning session. I have made up a list of items I want the tuner to address based on my mods and the info I have gathered by reading posts from LS1Tech members. I must however admit that I have not spent too much time in this section in particular. So please forgive me if I am brining up a topic that has been beat to death. I`m looking for some tips on what, if anything, I should have taken care of while I`m getting tuned.
Here are my mods: -Lid & filter
-Ported TB
-Hooker LT`s & ORY
-Cut-out
-Removed A/C
-Removed A.I.R. equip.
-NGK TR-55`s
-Yank TP4400
Tune list(So far):
-Adjust lean/rich condition (if any) caused by headers.
-Raise rev. limit.
-Raise part throttle shift points (To make converter a little more street friendly.)
-Delete rear o2`s for ORY.
-Lower cooling fan temps.
-Clear any codes caused by removal of A/C, A.I.R. equip.
-Delete torque management.
Am I forgeting anything? Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks John B. for the input. Doc99SS, I`m most likely going to use Automotive Performance Engineering (APE). I`ve heard good things about them and that there prices are reasonable. They are in Clinton Township. #801-795-0549. Anything else I`ve forgoten for my tune?

Why are you going to raise the rev limiter? If you have a stock cam, there is no gain in reving the motor higher. Also, as i'm sure you know, the valves will float above the 6200 rev limit with stock springs.

Good point about the valve float Brad. I wasn`t intending to raise the limiter crazy high or anything, but if memory servers me, I thought I heard of a few guys with high stall converters hittting the limiter on occasion but I could be mistaken.

APE knows what they're doing. Listen to them, and take their advise. In addition to what you listed, they will also try to add more timing for you if possible. I was very happy with what they did with mine!
