Using a MAF? or SD mode?
If MAF mode, then I'm not sure exactly how much effect your VE changes will have. I think the calculation has been posted here before, but I forget it.

I hope you get a good answer here.

Will you be using LS1 Edit? or something else?

you will need to unplug the maf for one, then log it. you need to see how far off your ve table is. i think efi has a histogram for it. if its over +-10 you will add the difference. once your in the +- range you will just multiply by 1/2 of the error. once you see the histos, it will make more sense. also, since you have a 99 we need to make changes to the primary and secondary ve tables. if you look in the sticky's there is a ls1tuning doc that will walk u through it. its pretty straight foward.

Install the software, and then look at the AutoVE Tuning tutorial in C:\Program Files\EFILive\V7\Doc\Tutorials;

Or see here... http://store.efilive.com/download.aspx#tutorials

this will take you step by step.
