Default Hypertech power programmer

Are these prgrammers only good for one car or can they be used on multiple vehicles?

One car/one VIN

There are better options out there than the Hypertech....

i wouldent bother with a hand held if you are planning on getting serous in to modding i would get lt1 edit or get some one to tune it for you most people end up getting rid of there hand helds as they really cant do that much. however if you car is stock or close to and you dont plan on changing that the hand held will be ok.

Tunercat, hptuners, efi live...etc ARE FAR BETTER THAN THE HANDHELD UNITS

for those interested in getting serious into a motor and SERIOUSLY TUNING IT...such as changing a cam...heads...etc then get the computer programmers

OTHERWISE GET You a handheld unit and plug and play and be happy...hell like i said and like my sig says I made 365 and 385 on the dyno with the hypertech programmer

HTP is good for changing the max rpm on your car with a aftermarket cam. other then that i see no other use for it.

and you can only use it on one car.
