Default Driving car without tune after mods

Hi Guys,
I am finally done with my winter project. I have a 99 m6 ss I need to know if I should drive it untuned or wait til I have the cash to get it tuned. It's mod's are hot cam, long tubes, no cats, cat back,
march u/d pulley,lid,ls6 intake, spec stage 2 and flywheel.Please help me out.
PS. It's not a daily driver.

You can drive it without a tune, especially with that cam since its not too big, but it will benifit the most with a tune.

I guess my concern is it running lean.

You'll be fine, as long as you have the stock o2's and the maf the pcm will adjust the trims to the best of its ability.

The computer will take care of fueling for ya if it gets lean.

I didn't want to make a new thread, so I'll add to this. I have the same basic setup with a TR 230/224 .575/.563 111 LSA cam. I have a m6 with 4.11's so its no problem driving around. I just want to know if I can do a few WOT blasts, and be fine.

I ran my 01 z28 for 1 summer or about 5k miles after installing a tr224 cam, LT headers, TD's & lid.

After getting my HPT I found out that my AFR's were at around 13.0 to 1 from 4k rpm up which is OK. What was surprising is that from a standing start below 4k rpm I was going very lean & getting knock.
