Are there any portable widebands like the LC-1 that can accurately work in the tailpipe? I tried a LM-1 with the innovative tailpipe clamp but the readings where not very accurate-I can only assume that it was picking too much outside air when the car was moving.

I have the bung bro-but this if I try to tune other peoples cars-alot of them don't have the bungs welded in nor do they want to. I guess I could pull the rear 02 but it's just not as accurate as being up front.

using the rear o2 spot will be just as accurate if not more than a tailpipe reading anyway...

Why not just use the front O2? I do (while in open loop) if I am tuning. If you are asking because you want to verify the wideband readings vs the fuel trims, you will need to have a bung welded in or just stab it in the rear ... O2 bung. Both of these are common partices I use when tuning, so much so I have a spare O2 wrench in my tuning "bag".

I have a Dynojet wideband commander for my car-but I was thinking of getting a LC-1 that I can use when I tune other peoples cars. Alot of people don't want to weld in a bung?

Yeah, I know. Depending on what you are doing, just use either the "stock" front or rear O2 bung. ... if possible.
