Hats off to HPTuners. My 99 SS just got easier to tune with the Real Time setup. The big cam I am after should be no problem now.
I am really pleased, just like Frcefed98, that my 98 turbo car will also be able to use the real time tuning in time. I can wait for the nessacary updates. Time to get to work and get the 98 Turbo Z together.

I'm happy for you guys (HPT customers). HPT has just released a lot of features you have been wanting for years, that have otherwise been avialable thru various competitors for some time. At the same time, HPT is only asking a nominal fee on top of what you have invested already (some of you have already paid this, others still need to).
Once again, congrats.

What gets me is a certain individual is trying to tell HPT customers that real time tuning using the factory PCM with no hardware modifications is nothing more than a novel idea.

since you know.... things that came out after that costed ALOT more.... understandably though, since he had to design and built an entire PCM...

RTT is a novel idea. Using the factory PCM for RTT is innovative. Innovative solution to a novel idea.
Edit:
Sorry, back to just a novel all together. Appearantly RTT utilizing PCM ram has been done before too. Still an exceptional feat on your part, and I like the idea, just not innovate.
I am truely impressed with your accomplishments, extend a genuine congratulations, and am very happy for your customers.
