Here is why it is like that. The units for the OLFA table weren't in the correct format. The tutorial has AFR/EQ Ratio, you did yours in Lambda. That explains the extreme lean condition. Here is a screen shot of your tune with that table in Lambda format. You had the correct values, but just in the wrong units.

Thanks for all the info. This is the first time I have used EFILIVE. the learning curve is high. I had a chance today to pull the output tube from the blower.It has a lot of oil in there. I think maybe this is causing a lot of smoke. I still have to do a leak down test. It has been a long time sence I have done a leak test. can some explain the step?

Ok, So I did a compression test on #3,5,7 and 3 has 0 compression. I know it isn't a leakdown test, but it is what I can do right know. so I think I'll be pulling the motor. I am wondering if I should just go with an LS2 and the supercharger or just go right to an LS6. What do you guys think?
