What can I do to lower my lock up MPH and not have knock? It locks up at 54 mph now and I would like to lower it to get a little better mpg.

Are you talking audible knock, or indicated (KR) knock?
Real vs false?
Is it pinging steady state when locked or only at the point
of lockup? The latter just says you are either over-lean
or overadvanced, for the air-blip that the lock event gives.
Presumably this is low RPM, low MAP, maybe just some VE
table refitting would make it right.
Look for whether there is a "lean hole" in the O2 voltage
at/following TCC lock, that precipitates the KR or ping.

It has audible knock but I'm sure it has KR as well but I haven't checked yet. It seems as if your lugging the motor at low rpms but I'm at about 1700 rpms. I would like my car to lock up at a lower rpm but it will ping badly if I set it that low.

Are you talking about the car or the truck?
Trucks seem to be "special" in how they hold off PE
and depend on burst knock and low timing to keep
from ping. Car, ought to take it better. What do you
see for KR, when it pings audibly?

It's the car and I'm having trouble with my autotap/efilive not working correctly on my laptop. None of the gauges work on Autotap when it conected to the car for some reason. It worked that last time I used it. I have HPtuners but my buddy has the cables and he lives about an hour away. I think will make a trip and get it and I'll let you know.
