Default TPS question.

If the TPS isnt working correclty what will the effects be, besides it searching for idle.

COnverter Lockup,shift points,Fuelings,Pe modifiers, everything thats using TPs for a factor in implementation.

Very good question^^^ EXACTLY what I have been wondering. My cars a 6spd, so it is harder to tell. It idles like crap w/my cam anyway.

im also throwing the p0121 Throttle position code and wondering the same thing. mines running a little on the rich side, but with a base tune.

I have it too. It doesnt search for idle but its making my trans shift messed up.

i turned my throttle screw back down(i know i houldnt have touched it to begin with) and my idle dropped just under 1k @ idle. my p0121 code went away. i think that dropped the actual idle just into the range that the pcm sees that it should be.
