Default Need Help with VE Tuning

I recently added long tube headers with no cats to my Silverado SS and I am getting code P0171. I need to know how to adjust things so my truck will run correctly. I use my truck for bracket racing only and I currently use leaded VP 110 for fuel. I have new o2 sensors on the way in case that is the problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks...

The leaded gas will contaminate the 02's causing slow switching and eventually will kill them.

The new O2's will suffer the same fate if you continue to run leaded gas. Any reason why you have to run leaded? Can't you buy 100 octane unleaded around there?

You woudl have to have quite a few mods that you are not listing in order to require the use of leaded gas. I would find a way to make the vehicle run without that leaded gas if I were you. If you must use it try DENSO 02 sensors. They seem to hold up better to leaded fuel whenever I use them.

I don't have to use the leaded. I just found that I ran more consistent with it and since I'm a superstitious bracket racer, I stuck with it. I have Denso's on the way from Jeg's and I think I may be switching to VP unleaded soon.
