Fueling is off terribly. LTFTs are pegged most of the time. That all needs to be brought in line.
What kinda car is it? Can you/will you post your tune?
Post specs on the car and motor combo, and then tune. It almost looks like the IFR is off, thats how far off the fueling is.

How 'bout injector size, and the tune?
Your tip in hesitation is caused by the VE table not being accurate. SD does you no good if its not accurate. Actually, it will not run as good as a MAF tune thats off a little bit.
But, in your case the fueling is off terribly.

these are 38lb. SVO Injectors....think the prob lies in the VE table?

Your tune is way messed up, you need to get that fueling fixed asap or the tune is not going to be the only thing that needs fixed

Fueling is still way off. -8 to -12 Lterms is way freegin off. You also have some knock retard goin on. And the WOT run at the end, if I'm looking at it right, looks like you have about 30 deg of timing in it. Which may be too much.
Other than the most important 2 things, it looks ok? What are you expecting to hear? From just the fueling perspective, it looks like ****. Its hard to tell how bad the tune is from a log, as the only thing you have to go by is the fuel trims and timing/knock retard. Going by both of those, its nothing special. Idle characteristics such as surging, etc. But that looks ok.
