Default EASE experts please help

i'm trying to moniter my injectors using ease and i'm using the injector average or BPW parameter i beleive. problem is i don't know what they equate in terms of duty cycle.

so is 25 on the BPW scale 100 duty cycle?

duty cycle = (bpw in ms)*rpm/1200
For example: at 4800rpm, 25ms would be 100% duty cycle.
25*4800/1200=100

In simple form, if pulse width is higher then 18 mSec pulse width in the 5,000 RPM range, the injector is over the 80% duty cycle rule.
Within 4000 RPM, 24 mSecs.

In 6,000 RPM range pulse widths over 16 mSec is over 80%.

You can use the Meters functon, select the min/max/avg tab, select pulse width PIDs and it will tell you then what the realtime, minimum, maxiumum and average values were as you scan, recording or playback a recording.

that's not good , cause i was hitting 23 at 6100 rpm.......
what would be a good solution to this problem?
bigger injectors? more fule pressure?

i just thought of something, these figures are obtained assuming a linear or flat injector flow rate graph , is that correct?

if so would having a funky injector flow rate graph skew the numbers? cause mine ( flow rate graph)changes at WOT.

23 also says then your over 80% well before 6000 RPMs so unless you have an adjustable fuel requlator you really need to increase injector size.
Also consider when your using a bit too small injector that the PCM has to command the injectors on longer which means the internal coil of injector is hotter and drawing more current from the hardware logic of PCM.

If you did the math I gave you it is simple to know that no matter what you did in tune you cannot make an injector flow more then it was deisgned to do with the fuel pressure that is supply them so overall going with larger injector is a positive in several ways including reducing the ON time of injectors.

what size should i go to ?
i already have the svo 42lbs injectors (green top, and i think they are rated at 43 psi so at our 60 psi it should be around 50 lbs), will the msd or holley injectors be any better ?

or do i have to bite the bullet and buy hi # injectors and a converter box?
