Default 89 Firebird formula ignition problem

I bought my firebird two days ago and it has no ignition fuse. The chilton book says i need a fusible link where the fuse would normally go. Anyone know what kinda of fusible link they are talking about?

Is this threat kinda dead? Idk but I'll answer anyway. What size fuse does it say on the book to use?

Ohhh. I see what u mean now. I checked on my GTA, and I see a yellow and red wire hooked up to the IGN. Do u have any wires hanging around?

Yeah there has to be 2 wires. Red and yellow. Try checking around inside, under the panel. Try finding them. So does your car crank or u just turn the key and nothing happens?
