Unfortunately after cleaning the covers I found out just how crappy the GM casting process was. There were metal burrs all over the place and sharp edges nearly all around it. But at the same time I also found many stress fractures around the bolt bosses that held the coil bracket to the cover so I am not going to spend a ton of time on these when I feel that I will probably be replacing them in the future. I don't know if the factory over torqued the coil brackets or if some backyard know it all went nuts on tightening them but the damage is done. They look nice enough for now but I think in the future I will do the covers in red and the coils in black for more contrast. The red coils on black brackets on red covers is too much red I think.

That's all I did, I did find out that painting is not my calling. Luckily the runs are on the inside of the long supports where they really can't be seen lol

Spent the day detailing the interior of my Trans Am as well as taking pictures and hangin with my dog

Not sure what is in my carpet where my feet go... must have been from when I bled my slave cylinder.

Nice! I'll keep an eye out for you and them wheels.

Next on your list should be a UMI tubular K-frame and a set of Bilstein HD shocks.

Came home to a house missing 3 windows due to a hail storm today. It even smacked my mailbox around enough so it doesn't work right anymore. But on the bright side the bracket for my driver's side mirror came in from another member so I swapped that out and at least my side mirror won't flop around like a dying chicken any longer.
