I replied to your similar post in the appearance and detailing forum......I think it looks sharp!..........but I'm still partial to the factory hood.

I prefer the Firehawk hood, but that one is pretty close.

Looks nice.

I have seen the "superhawk" hood on here from US Exotics, this one looks even better then that....does this one have heat extractors? Price? Where do you get it?

The Raptor hood doesn't have the heat extractors like the Hawk hood.

I love my raptor hood. Good choice man!

And it does have heat extractors...just not in the same place as a firehawk hood.

I get plenty of compliments on mine... and like the guy above me said, the heat extractors are located on the back of the hood. You can see them from inside of the car. (I believe it's a $100 option on the hoods?) I've seen a couple of Firehawk hoods in person and it appears that the "nostrils" on the Raptor are slightly larger than on the Firehawk?

I didn't get the heat extractors from SCC but you can see the out line of them when you get the hood. The guy who painted mine cut them out for me.

The Raptor hood's nostrils flow better with the front bumper IMO. The 4 chambers on the WS6 don't look as good , it's all a matter of personal taste , I suppose.

I bought mine over a year ago and installed it myself with no problems. Quality is excellent IMO.

Raptor hoods are nice, but my money is waiting for the OutLaw SkyHawk or whatever the hell it is called.. The huge cowl on it gives it a more agressive look than the raptors.

I Love the look of the Raptor on My car, My only complaint is ( and you should watch for this also )that after the hood is on the car and it heats up and cools down a few times it may bubble ( Little distorions on near the outside edges of the hood scoops), The body shop that is fixing it for me said that it is air pockets in the material that expand after it heats up.
