Just ordered the Raptor hood from Tbyrne for my 01 SOM T/A. Shoule be here in a week or two. I'll post pics after its installed painted.

thats crazy cheap. They wanted damn near $950 or some crap. My co worker backed into my car two days ago. I am getting a insurance check here soon from the county due to him being in a county vehicle. I may have to order this up and pay a little cash out of pocket myself to cover the difference!

are the heat extractors on the raptor the same as the firehawks? two reverse nostrils over the exhaust manifolds?

No. They have an opening on the underside of the hood and vent openings that face the windshield on the raised hump of the hood.

My hood came in Tuesday. Body shop should be done installing it either tommorrow or Tuesday. I will post pics when done.

Also my hood came with the heat extractors. It's like a reverse RAM air on the back of the hood. Two meshed off vents on the under side off the hood near the back then two vents at the bottom of the windshield for the hot air to escape.
