Default Side Moldings on Formulas or TA's?

I know the Trans AM models come with the side moldings, that a lot of people like to remove.

My questions is, does the stock Firebird and Formula models also have the side molding, or was that only included on the Trans AM model?

He means the door stopper moldings in the middle of the doors.
Here is a good example on a Corvette:

Formulas and Firebirds fdo have the side molding. I would take them off those cars, because the body lines dont match up, they are smoother looking
however the T/A's due to the DRL's there is a body line thats formed and leads to the rear, i prefer the molding on them for this reason.

Ok, the side moldings are off! My thunb and fingers are sore :-)
...but it looks great.

Next question, how does one store the 2 door strips?

They are so long, and I dont think bending them for long term storage, is a good idea.

Perhaps you could wrap them in garbage bags and lay them along the back wall of your garage?
