Thats what I thought, I would probably get the SLP switch if it didnt illuminate that annoying-*** TCS light.

That light only bothered me for about a week or so then it was no big deal. Has it been longer than that for you and you just can't get used to it or are you assuming you will forever be annoyed with that light?

Well the car isnt my daily driver. Usually sees about 50 miles a week in the summer and a little bit of track time. So its probably gonna be annoying to me forever....unless I forget to turn off the TCS, which also happens occasionally and then I'm annoyed for a whole new reason....lol. Ron

It may be possible to pull the instrument cluster out and cut one of the traces that goes to that light.

Having the light on doesnt really bother me. On T/A's does the swith itself have a light like the Camaro? On the Camaro you really dont need the light on the cluster because the button will indicate it's position. I wouldnt want to have to guess.

Yes, the TA switch has a indicator light.

You can also have it turned off with a tune. I kept the default settings on mine though. It doesnt bother me to start the car, reach over and turn the TCS off. It's become second nature after 4 yrs.

The wire that runs to my fuse box is also cut and missing. Does this mean my TCS is always off or on?

heres a hint: if you dont ever have power running to a certain accessory (TCS in this case), that accessory isnt ever powered...

ie: no power to TCS, no TCS

Can you spin the tires? If yes, then no TCS.

Does your throttle cables go to a big can right behind the battery? If no, then no TCS.

Or do you know that you have the TCS and are just not sure it's working?

That happened to me as well. Sounds like you need to pull the fuse. You can always pop it back in if you need to.

TCS BAT , You can pull fuse and don't have to worry about always turning off when starting car (seen guy try burnout at woodward cruise and his WS6 fell flat on its *** in front of a ton of people and thought thank god it wasn't me) I run around with drag radails and the traction control comes in nice when I get stuck in some rain so thats where I came up with the idea with the switch inline of the TCS BAT power side of the fuse.Anyone ever have your car fall flat because of TCS?
