Window motor

The window motor is a simple installation, the only hard part is getting your arms inside the door to get to the bolts. I drilled holes in the door to get to the bolts easier worked great
I just did mine, I must say its alittle easier than my 3rd gen motors the doors seems to have more arm space to get the motor in and out.
however I hate drilling the fiberglass, the dust goes everywhere, so put blankets covering ur interior. my thirdgen has metal doors which cut you up more but the metal savings IMO are easier to clean up.

used this method to replace both of the motors in my ls1 bird (drivers was totaly dead, and the passingers didnt get up that last 6")
Yeah the dust sucks, but if you have a friend helping you out, holding a shop vac up to the drill works wonders.
Im OK with a wrench and I did the first one in 45min and the second one in 20min... just take some time to grease the tracks once its done.
