Trans Am prototype Does anyone on her happen to have a picture of the 4th generation Trans Am with the 2nd generation front molded to it and the shacker hood. It's white with a blue stripe. If you can find a pic post it. I've been looking for a picture of it for about half an hour now. Haven't found one.

Re: Trans Am prototype I was actually looking for a closed hood picture also. Me and my dad are considering making a hood like that and maybe painting our 98 TA red like our 72 will be. The 72 has a Trans Am front end and hood with the scoop from whenevr it was wrecked when my dad first had it as a child back in 73. I think it'd be cool to have a hood like it and get them matching Torq Thrust II wheels or something. So if anyone has a closed hood picture please post it. Thank you

Re: Trans Am prototype Alright. Well if I were you guys you might want to anticipate a 98 TA with a similar hood and scoop. We might try doing the fender vents also but that will be a project for a later date. If/when we do get it done I will make sure to post lots of pictures.
