Default GXP on 696 in Detroit

Dont know if this guy is on here, but some Guy in a GXP almost caused a multi car accident trying to "impress" me or something this morning.

I accelerated onto the expressway as i often do, probably comming up to somewhere around 80-85. I ducked in behind him in the fast lane, and then as soon as he passed the car to our immediate right, he floored it, flew 4 lanes over to the slow lane, about slammed into the car infront of him, then tried to cut over again, and almost sideswiped someone and locked up his brakes and shimmied side to side. It opened up a little, so i caught up to him, and he didnt even learn his lesson, he tried to do the same thing again and almost hit another car infront of him. After that i just stayed away.

Nice car, but jesus slow down. Would have easily caused a 10-15 car pile up or more.

From what i understand a GXP G8 is a rare car.

Yz250 99. Here's a pic. I tore it apart this winter and "restored" it.

Dont race, just trail ride up by bull gap.

I wanted to jump in claiming it but it looks like erskine beat me to it. Oh well.

I'd have to agree. I hate it when people you don't know or quite possibly aren't even looking at feel the need to show off and almost kill other people.

Yeah i mean i have no problem with racing on a wide open highway, but wtf was he trying to prove? That he can weave through traffic better than me?

I wish it would have been clear, i'd like to have had a little run. Probably would have pulled me, but i dont care. Probably never would have slowed down to have a run.

Yes, you said this twice now.

I didnt run anyone on 696, nor have i ever. I said if it was WIDE OPEN, i would have had a little run, but running 100+ mph on public roads isnt really my deal.

Thank you for your concern

GXPs aren't really that fast so I'm sure it would of been a hell of a lot more interesting. Probably a 50 car pile up as soon as he realised he couldn't ditch you so easily
