Congrats to TJ!

I look forward to seeing it in person and going for a spirited ride!

If it were me knowing he has a baby girl, I'd just do CAI, full exhaust (Solo is LOUD with headers, btw), and a tune

It sounds like that's what he's leaning towards. And also a hurst 8 ball shifter

He's also mention other bits and pieces like a STB, 5th Gen 20's w/drag radials, and tinted windows.

I'm sure we'll be at the ws6store open house again this year, and we're going up to Car Craft as well in July in the twin cities. You should consider coming along this year!

The STB doesn't do much for the G8 since it's already pretty stiff. Upgrading the suspension bushings helps tremendously though.

If he has the money, I would look for something else than 10' SS wheels; too heavy.

Tune CAI full exhaust/done.

Great car!!

The solo axel back does sound great and looks very easy to put on though.

All things considered, it does ride great for what it is. We went for a cruise in it with a couple buddys last night, and I sat in the back seat. I'm 6'5" so back-seats are usually a no-go for me, but I was perfectly comfortable in the G8 back seat, even with the person in the front seat having their seat all the way back/leaned a decent amount. The ride in the back seat was a little rigid, however, compared to the front seats.

I've considering looking into getting a V6, possibly a GT model as a daily in the next few years when it's time to replace my buick. Very nice cars.
Is this true?? I'm looking to save some weight on my G8
