Default Hey guys, Thought I'd share

Been a while since I'v been on the forum. Traded my Trans Am in on a G8 and then traded that in on a Truck (worst mistake ever). But I feel I've redeemed myself a little.
This is my 2015 SS. "Some Like it Hot" red. 6-speed manual

New Jersey does require a front plate. But I never put them on my cars. Ive gotten about 7 tickets in the past 10 years or so. But its been a while since my last. Front plates are unnecessary and I refuse. I just removed the front plate mount yesterday on the SS and plugged the holes with some plastic push-pins. It looks ok. However Im furious that the dealer I bought it from installed it. What if someone from PA were to buy the car? The huge holes in the bumper would have been drilled for nothing.
As for how this car feels compared to my G8. Handling is certainly better. The G8 handles great for what it is. With completely stock suspension and the 19" Sport wheels my G8 pulled 0.92 Gs on the skidpad at Millville raceway. Ive heard the SS is capable of almost 1.00. Also its nice to have 415 hp AND a 6 speed manual in a full sized sedan. I missed out on that before in my G8 because I only had a GT. 360 hp and a 6-speed Automatic.
My Trans Am is hard to compare. It certainly felt like more raw power and it was loud and simple. Cant go wrong with that combo when you want to have fun. Ill always miss my Trans Am. The only things they all have in common is a big GM V8, six speed transmission, and Red paint color. Lol

Yea when I first heard about the SS, I was pretty dissapointed to hear that they were only available in an auto. But when I heard 15 was getting a manual option, I jumped right on it.
