Let me know when its time to shoot some video of that bad boy!

will do guys. plans to leave friday night, wake up saturday and finish this thing completely. we, i, am expecting over 550rwhp out of the stock ls2. . .save for the fast intake. should be between 8-12psi. . .low timing. . .we may not have enough fuel but.. .that would be our only weak link,. . .i think. so, we'll see. . .soon enough.

....@the doctor. . . will do bro. like i said before, if your bored. . .take a ride to our shop. . .you won't be dissapointed. disappointed. if you get bored of one of the 14 cars laying around. . .go upstairs and play some xbox for a bit. anyways. . .hollar pimpin

Yesterday:

Wired in the wideband, hooked up the boost gauge, installed my homemade airfilters, which came out sweet!!!.. installed the 80lbers,, swapped to an older LS1 fuel rail, ..installed our base diablosport tune in the car from our boys over there,.... and then took the car for a ride.

At first, we had a little hesitation,..which felt like a fuel load up,... once we were 2300+ rpm, it was better,...then slowly getinto the throttle and punch it,..... wow, the car is WICKED FAST. We then brought it back to the shop,..noticed our JPRGS BOVs were open at idle. We quickly developed a MAF code, and a rich both banks code(s). We then quickly changed BOV springs to a firmer setup thanks to Darren @ racepartsolutions,.. and our car then started up VERY SMOOTHLY right now,...no more MAF or rich codes,.. and the car, after taking it for another test drive, drives NEARLY perfect now.

Diablosport did a great job at getting me a base tune to actually be able to drive the car in a strong testing manner. We drove the car, we were able to get up into mid 3rd gear,.... any faster, we'd be going to jail for sure if a c-o-p saw us. The car is honestly in my opinion, really really fast. We saw 9psi, which is PERFECT. If I had to guess, off the top of my head, this car was making 550-600 wheel horespower,..possibly more. It almost feels faster then my old procharged FRC setup that I was making 615rwhp on back in the day.

The car is very docile, the tune, is easily driveable. The car is totally sleeper,..until you accelerate HARD,..and allow the BOVS to release,... they are SUPER LOUD blow off valves,... super loud but again, only under alot of pressure. Very cool..when you want it to be. The exhaust note, is very tough, and again, very decieving for a turbo car.

Final tune will be in the next couple of weeks,...

...we made it back to the shop, refit the charge pipes so we coupld reattach the bumper,..and now,..the car, is done I believe. Trying for some videos today.

Peace.

I'd say you've got a good chance of running into it there. Thats it's home base. You may have already ran into it once or twice in the past when it was tune/K&N only(12.60's) mode.

He just had surgery on his arm(he's getting bionic implants-a riskey operation but, its worth it) so thats why you haven't seen it out yet probably. Still need to get it fine tuned,...as we start to go lean up top.

i think the cars will make it there eventually. Z07 Josh lives around there, i don't anymore. so your more likely to run into him or his pops.

i usually arrive friday evenings late in vero beach when i go. if you see josh, he's cool, let him know your from tech. if they sow his arm back on, he may be taking it for a ride right now.

thanks man. when we drew up the kit, we had filters there. . when buddy made the headers, he didn't leave any room. So i made these really cool screens, that should be able to hold up to alot of debree. I used three layers, heavy duty stainless thick mesh, then i killed a k&n and scalped it for its screens. three layers. . may use a thin layer of something as well. it came out factory looking. post some pics of it soon.
