Default what is some good metric bolt/shanks for the wheels

I got a set of front runners 15x3.75 and i just need the size in mm for metric, I think I need a long shank to go inside the wheel. Whats the size of bolt or shank should I use?

that all depends on wheel manufacture , as they are the 1's that vary that determination

12mm x 1.5 if I remember right....but the shank length depends on the wheels them selves

Shanks? Do you mean the wheel studs?

Oh I got ya. You'd have to get a hold of the wheel manufacturer. I would upgrade the wheel studs too with ARPs Evo studs. They are a pretty soft steel.

Measure how thick the part of the wheel is where the studs come through, then get a shank just sightly shorter...I think autozone and advance have short, medium and long shank....I needed long shank for my Crager ss's

The reason you should get ARPs is you're running purely on the studs with no help from the hub and they are very soft steel.
