Nine Ball, thank you for staightening out the pic, I was getting a cramp in my neck looking at the other one. I was wondering where the last thread went. I like it. Two thumbs up, way up.

I have to agree... I think it looks AWESOME. I am glad they decided against going with some bulbous hood design that would have took away from the sleek design of the rest of the car. And for all those of you that wanted something retro... those are almost exactly like the scoops from 1971-1972 GTO. (although I have a feeling they were more looking for something a little more over the top like those from the 1970)

It's a photoshop, but I do like the look of it.
I noticed the wheel style is the same as the Holden HSV Coupe GTO.
I wonder if SLP will be importing and selling the HSV wheels or creating their own knockoffs?

We have all of the above 'in the works' - SLP's first few GTO specific parts will be released very soon
...maybe we will leak some actual spy shots up here (non-photochopped)

I deleted it because I didnt ask if I could post it publicly and I didnt want to ruffle any feathers.... but now that one of the SLP NJ folks chimed in (Is "SLP" Brian, Kevin or Colleen? Hi!) , I put the full cover pic back up on my site.

Looks really good Brian. Kevin did a great job on the hood. I had a feeling it was going to be similar to the GTX hood he did for the 04 GP.
Cant wait to see what youre working on!
and dont forget to add a GTO class for Race Day in October.
