Talking 2.8% and $3500 cash back on GTOs

On all remaining 2004 GTOs:

Not sure if this special pricing is across the country, but it was the deal they were offering here in Houston at Gay Pontiac (in Dickinson, TX). The girlfriend and I went and test drove one yesterday (she is interested). The dealer is also knocking off a grand from sticker, plus that special 2.8% and $3500.

Any dealerships selling GTOs at invoice minus the specials?

That $3500 cashback is on over here too.

I have heard of GTO's selling for ~$27K here and there.

The Pontiac website says you have to take delivery by, well, TODAY for the $3500 cash back. This weekend I started thinking hard about getting a GTO to replace my SS. Are these deals getting extended by at least a couple weeks? Anyone know when the '05 are due to hit the lots, or should I do a search?

I'm sure once the 05's hit, the 04's will really start dropping.

Odd thing is that the Pontiac site hasn't updated anything on the GTO as it's only showing info on the 04.

Same deal here in MO too.

Not too bad if you want one.

Most dealers have some thing like like a 168 day suply of GTOs from what I was reading, when its only supose to be a 60 day suply of cars.

I'm guessing it is to completly kill the few buyers that would consider the 04 GTO.

I test drove one and the guy offered me 27,500, and this was over a month ago!

Sticker for the '05 is est $35,000 ish, and i'd expect dealers will have their act together and sell them for sticker instead of trying to rape people like they attempted and failed miserablly with the '04 GTO.

'04 GTO is an awsome car and for under $30,000 you couldn't buy a nicer new car.

My girlfriend just got a black M6 for 500 under invoice, then 3500 off and 0.9% apr. Shes happy with it. She cant drive stick yet, but she loves it. haha

Its no SS truck =D but its nice, definately nicer than the camaro SS my mom has. Id say it blows that car away in every aspect except the straight line performance. I think a gear change will really help it out. and doing something about that crappy intake. . .

Gotta love the procharged pick-ups . Good to keep the LS family engines within the family, too.

Yeah you gotta love supercharged AWD trucks

My family is pretty stuck on the LS motors. My dad just recently sold his 01 z06 and will probably get a new z06 (or whatever they call it) when they come out. so until then hes stuck in his 01 996TT poor guy haha the family is big on porsches too.

Yeah, got a flier in the mail from Pontiac/GMAC. Looks like they are "motivated" to move the '04's.
