Saw the 05 GTO!!! At boston auto show
I saw the 05 gto at the boston auto show, hood sccops but they are only for engine cooling. Split duel exhaust with 3 inch tips. Truck lid says pontiac on the left and 6.0 on the right and the rear bumper says GTO in big letters.
I just got the latest issue of pontiac performance and there will be a sport accessory package on the 05 to give the front and rear facia a more beefer look a lil different rocker moldings and duel duel tiped exhaust and there will be a different wing an in the mag the two new colors are midnight blue which i think was on the 2001 ws6 i had and there will be cyclone gray and they will be getting rid of barbados blue and cosmos purple. they should add white i think the car would look good in white.

Holden have resisted white Monaros from day1 of the current generation release.
The majority of our cars in Australia are "light coloured" so i don't know what Holden are thinking in resisting white colours.

If they made White I would be ordering an 05.I dont like the scooped hood,I would opt for the flat hood and I hate those big ugly single tips. The LS2 and the BRAKES are to die for but u can get such a good deal on an 04 I'm tempted to sell my WS6 in just to get one.
Its an awesome car...

Exactly where did these numbers come from? I know they said the auto will go 0-60 in 4.6 ticks and the manual in 4.8 ticks (no doubt faster with a skilled driver and/or better traction.) I have yet to see ANY 1/4 mile feedback from any source at all. Although I've personaly crunched numbers using real time LS2 dyno data and vehicle specifics and I estimate it should run roughly those times. Though i'm estimating, not saying specificly it will... Just wondering.

New GTO or Hemi?

If you want to shift for yourself, the GTO is the only choice. The Hemi, with its four doors, will be more convenient if you frequently use the back seat. However, the GTO's handling is superior to the Hemi's. I know it's a matter of taste, but I'm not too crazy about the 300's high door sill/short window Mafia staff car look. The GTO is much sleeker. I have been impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship in my GTO (Impulse Blue/blue interior/6 speed). What a great choice to have, though.

Same thing... But i've seen a lot of people trying to compare the GTO to the 300C in terms of performance and the likes.

You know that there going to release a larger Hemi in the Grand Cherokee and the magmum and call both of those SRT-8's as well, and the Grand Cherokee will be AWD. It will be jeeps first AWD system thats not ment to be driven off road. I think that will be a quick littel truck.
