my o4 just started it's trip to redline motorsports in CO. to have their ls1 turbo setup installed along with a set of their stage 2 heads. i will post updates as they come in. anyone else done business with redline? their customer service is second to none

scot haill from redline says the kit with stock heads cam and block will make between 585 and 600 rwhp... i'm having it tuned for 500 to 550rwhp with a tame street tune with pump gas.. the heads should lower the compression down to around 9.5:1.. for a little better reliabilty

From what I have read the intank setup is limited to around 450hp regradless the pump you use because of the design. if they have comeup with a solution to this that would be great.

thanks for the info... i'll get in contact with scot and ask exactly what their setup is. is too late to go back now the car has already started in 2000 mile trip from MA to CO.

From what I have seen some of the aussies make a small tube probally half a gallon install the walboro in the tube, the stock feed line is plumed in to the bottom of the tube and the engine is fed out of the walbro pump. This idea works because the stock in tank is left un molested. Not to mention that it takes less time to make the small tube than it does to change the pump in the tank.
