I like the interest rate but I would look for a little bit less on the price. 32K seems a little high at this stage in game, especially with '06s on the lots

I wouldnt go much over $28k either, and I'd sell the truck outright rather than trading.

Whatever happens pricewise, you will have a lot of fun with the GTO. Bob

If you're willing to shell out 32k then get an 06. I would haggle for an 05. No way should you be paying 32k. You gotta stick it to them. They are not your friends!

Looked at trading my 04 silvy and it wasn't pretty.Dealer has 2 06's local red tagged at 30400/30800.Get a deal on an 06 and inspect it close for flaws and get them to fix evryone before delivery.Guess what? The 05 A4 is red tagged at 31100 and is sitting right next to them, which would you buy?

Dudeif you want one that Bad go to Sewell in Dallas they will take care of you. I have seen him take care of few guys in another Board. As a matter of fact visit LS1GTO for more info on this kinds of matters, I bet there is someone there that can guide you to a good deal no way you should be paying over 30K for an '05 GTO this late in the game

I gave 32,300 with 2.9% for my '05. That was in March '05. Find a dealer willing to negotiate. Or buy an '06.
