without rolling the fender lips?

you can run 275's but you have to roll or grind down the lips. Anything larger will take major changes. We got screwed by GM on this deal.

I've got 285-18 DR's on the rear, but fenders are rolled.

275's will be the largest you can go. I have 275/35/18's (BRG DR's) which I believe are 10.9" wide and that is as big as I could fit. Had to do some major fender grinding to get them not to rub during normal driving. At the track they would rub... BMR drag bags fixed that. You can fit a narrow running 285 on.

The Nittos I have are 285/35-18's with 11.22" width. They do not rub at all, but the fenders are rolled and I used a 58mm offset wheel.

it depends
on how much the car is lowered/raised
on what offset your rims have
which tire brand you have (some are fatter than others)
how much air is in the tires
how much your rear cradle alignment is off
yadda yadda

Yep a 52+ offset you can do it, but not many people go with that offset since it seems to be hard to find with the correct bolt pattern for our cars.
