Oil change, how often??

Oil change, how often?? How often are we supposed to change to oil on these cars?? (05 GTO) I changed mine at 3k after I got it just to be safe but now how often. I certainly did put the Mobil 1 in. I have never ran a car with synthetic so I am kinda new at this.

I usually dump the factroy fill at 500miles. Just to be sure no breaking materials ect are in. I have always ran mobil 1 in everything I own. Usually change at 12,000 miles with the filter at 6k and 12k. anything less you are just flushing money down the toilet.

I've spoken to a lot of people that like to rely on the computer telling them when to change. Make sure you use a good filter with that Mobil 1 to get the best life out of your oil.

change it often and you will never regret it i change mine every 3000 or 3 months I change it alot more than I really should but I dont want any car to suffer they are like my kids except I can sell them without the law gettin involved
