Default What are the best break pads?

Hio all...

I have a PBR breaks 4 pistons calipers on my GTO... what break pads are the best ??

"Hawk" pads are very good, they make a race pad or a street/race pad. I like EBC Green pads they are just as good as the Hawk street/race pad but don`t dust up the wheels too bad .

Yeah.. my frinds is using Hawks on his Saleen... but i wont find them in Dubai.. and it's gonna take time to order them...

<<steel Chicken>> i need a street breaks but my car is Superchargerd so i need some good ones...

you need good brakes because your car is supercharged?

I used EBC Redstuff and they stop great...but they will wear down your rotors extremely fast. They also squeal alot.

I just on put Porterfield R4-S pads they are suppose to be one of the very best. C5s on the front and C4s on the back. They seem to be equal to the redstuff stopping wise but aren't nearly as hard a pad.

Talking about stopping, my EBC break pads really work good. But quite aggressive to the rotors.

get some ss lines, bleed the breaks and put in some nice fluid.
