Default 18 inch rims ?

Everyone,

If you have 18's on your car... did you have to modify anything to make them fit? Or did it work out just fine? Thanks!

it all depends on what size tire you are going to be running in the back. i run 275's in the back of my car so i had my fender lip cut and grinded down. with the normal 245's i dont believe that you have to have anything done. but if you ever want to run bigger at the track you might as well have it something done now to accomadate the bigger tire.

Stock 18"s don't need anything. Aftermarket, depends on the offset. I'm running 19" Drift R's with 275's in the back and haven't touched the lip.

If you run 18's you should pretty much be fine with anything you put out back less than 315, but you might be able to fit 315s on there with NO problems at all.

As for the fronts, I wouldn't try going over 275/35 since they do rub from time to time but its never an issue. 285/35 would rub every now and then, but they will fit up front on 18's.

Exactly. Off set is everything with these cars. Read the stickies in the tire section to see the limits.

Everyone,

The tires that go on the Zoe Nino 18's are Falken 245's... do you think that will be fine? You think my car will hook up good?

What kind of falkens? If they're FK452's or anything with a tread wear over 300 I'd say it'll hook up somewhere part way through 2nd gear.

Great tire but yeah, with your mods I'd say it'll hook somewhere in 2nd gear.
