it all depends on what size tire you are going to be running in the back. i run 275's in the back of my car so i had my fender lip cut and grinded down. with the normal 245's i dont believe that you have to have anything done. but if you ever want to run bigger at the track you might as well have it something done now to accomadate the bigger tire.

If you run 18's you should pretty much be fine with anything you put out back less than 315, but you might be able to fit 315s on there with NO problems at all.
As for the fronts, I wouldn't try going over 275/35 since they do rub from time to time but its never an issue. 285/35 would rub every now and then, but they will fit up front on 18's.
