You are looking for a replacement, like a bolt in bar that goes horizontally behind the seats? If so, it would be nice if someone made it so I wont have to fab it myself. Are unassembleable roll cages against racing rules (between different org's)?

R U guys sure they don't make them anymore? I got one last year, even though it was off ther website. Have you called them to make sure?
That said I actually hesitate to send them business. I wanted a black bar. They only had red. So they quickly (and poorly) spraypainted a red bar and sent it to me.
The bigger deal was they charged me $50 for a crotch bar. It was just a piece of square stock, with a whole drilled in the middle. And the quicky blk spray paint job. And it didn't even fit!!! I sent it back, they promised to refund my $, but that never happened. Still no credit on my card...despite multiple phone calls and several months.

Don't mistake "*******" with "high expectations".
Lou is a driven man. He is highly motivated and will tolerate nothing less from his crew. It IS the reason he has been so successful for 30+ years in both racing and in teh speed shop business.
I'm not being an LG cheerleader. I haven't spoken with those guys in a long long time. But something I came away from LGM with was a strong sense of dedication and a profound attention to detail.

I'd say a cheap alternative would be to make your own. Just how you want it. Maybe make a few more and sell them. It might pay for itself.

ah....Remember how Lou's car ended up?...hmmmm.
Sometimes fame doesn't always ensure you are "inspecting what you expect"...
They do good work and people pay for it - fame that is.
Andy Pilgrim loves him....
