The camaro is outstanding out the box. Still stock suspension just have Falken Azenis up front and Nitto DR in the rear. I ended up placing 3rd out of 8 in SM waiting for them to post results to see how I placed over all. I was thinking about running 315's all around heard of it on the Vette's can it be done on the Camaro? The Azenis are just about gone does anyone have experience with Kumho V710's or Nitto R2's?

Which Azenis' do you have, the 615s?? They are the only Falkens I would use in an autocross, and one of the best (if not THE best) Street Mod class tires out there.

BTW, you CANNOT run the 710s (or ANY other DOT "R" compound tire, or less than 160 treadwear rating street tire) in Street Mod class.

I see might have to stick with the Azenis after all they are the RT-615 z-rated. Only thing with the Azenis is they really don't last long.

You're wrong.... you're thinking of Street Touring classes, they are the ones that don't allow R-comps. Street Mod most certainly does.

315's do fit all around. It can be ugly, but I have them on my car and they are fine. Wheel offset is critical. However, if the car has little else done, better to stick with a 275 tire on a smaller wheel and work the suspension first.

Mitch, those look good on that T/A, do the fenders on a Z28 make them appear to stick out more? Or is my memory going bad...

50mm offset and a HUGE spacer.

Camaros, with similar offsets and spacers had similar results.

I have a set of 50mm and use 10mm of spacer, and I have a set of custom build Forgelines that are 40mm. Fit great and stick out ever so slightly in the front.
