Can you turn the steering to "full lock", in both directions, without straining the hose(s)?

Looks correct to me. What issue are you having?
Not a good idea to let the suspension hang using the lines like that, it can cause a leak.

I think it needs to be flipped over with the hose vertical. that has the hose kinked.

The bleeder is on top but I thought that the hose followed the grove in the caliper as shown but also thought it could be flipped over to work. So I'm still looking for confirmation

My car is not at home or stock, but hopefully this explains it. That shown is going to fail.

The connection is a thru hole for the banjo bolt. That can be flipped over.






Does that make sense?
