Today after deciding what to do with the breather tanks I worked on labeling the existing wire..... I am using some of the stock wiring harnesses for the wipers, heater and courtesy lights..... I also have the power window and stereo harnesses in there from the first time I wired under the dash..... I had to identify all the fused power wires for all those harnesses.....

Well I am back online again now after being down for a couple days..... I had a modem take a crap..... What the hell it was a dinosaur anyways, it as only 8 or 9 years old.....

Over the weekend I was able to rearrange the wiring in the trunk for the water/meth kit..... I could not mount the bottle and pump because I did not have the brackets back from the powder coater yet, however I did get them back today...... I also worked on the underdash wiring a little more.....

Here's what the trunk is looking like, not much new to see under the dash.....

I saw that you were working on the oil drain line from the turbo. Your turbo looks almost level with the oil pan. How did you rig up the turbo oil drain? did you use a scavenger pump? Not sure if you mentioned it in the thread, I scrolled through 10 pages

No scavenger pump, the turbo is higher then the pan..... The drain line does run down hill to the pan.....

Frank,

Wiring is scary and I think many people fear it. One thing that I found useful when doing an update with wiring, is to really show the details. Show us fancy connectors, crimp tools that you're using, techniques, etc...

Nothing picture worthy, still working on under dash wiring..... Getting pretty close on the under dash, but had to get a different fuse block because I was not happy with the one I had..... I keep having to change stuff, last week I found out my under dash cruise control bracket did not have enough clearance for the amount of travel in a ls1 throttle body..... I got that straightened out this week.....
