OP says it comes with the TB as well. Can get as a combo from Texas Speed for $1,165 not including tax and shipping. So Id say 999 is a relatively fair deal. And who knows, maybe a somewhat reasonable offer for less would be accepted. But offering 400 bucks is a kick in the dick man...
I bought this ported FAST 90mm for a really good price and ported out the inlet to 92mm, so now it's no different than the FAST 92mm, minus the 92mm lettering on the intake. Painted it for less then $15.00 too.
I think the OP's price is fair. It sounds like he has room to move on it, but a $400.00 offer is ridiculous.
