Does anyone have any pictures of an LT1 Firebird with the above mentioned rims? If not - any other 4th gen will do just fine. Especially with the sawblades. I'm a sucker for Vette rims on f-body's and I wanna see pics! Google wasn't very helpful.
You wont find too much as they are an ugly wheel that is no different in size than the SS/ws6 wheels so no reason to change over to them for those cars at least.
What did you type into google? "firebird sawblades": https://www.google.com/search?q=cama...ird+saw+blades

Yeah I saw that pic but I wanted to see the older body style. I'm more of a five spoke
guy myself but I saw these for sale and thought they looked kinda cool. They are also
forged and very light weight I've heard.
Man the Corvette had some ugly wheel options in the 90's. I say keep it simple, go with ZR1 style wheels, those look great and its a factory GM sort of look if that's what you want.
LOL this!!! I've seen so many pics of those cars running sawbaldes. I really do not understand why they like them. In my opinion they are one of the ugliest stock rims I have ever seen and you couldn't pay me to run them on my car. But to each his own. If you want vette rims ZR-1's is where its at. They also sell them as a replica for cheap. My friend runs them on his Camaro.
I am much more for the heritage, so these are on my car:
And for the record, they are 17x9.5 in the rear and 17x8.5 up front. I believe the factory SS wheels were 17x8.5 all around.
I was wondering the same thing for my Trans Am as a part of it's cosmetic overhaul in the future. I wanted to find wheels that were designed to be fairly streamlined for marginally better airflow yet have the venting needed to cool the brakes and surely enough I came across the 80's and early 90's Corvette saw blades which is a reason why they are so coveted by certain import groups, its almost like putting Tesla aero wheels on your car! Yes there are "better" looking wheels to choose from, but considering I drive my car in the winter too and I want limit how much snow clings to the openings in my factory wheels throwing off the balance, these Corvette wheels are a pretty nice choice as well as serving as my own cosmetic nod to the Corvette by incorporating some of it's style onto my Phoenix.
It is one of those deals where, either you like em or you don't! I keep second guessing myself with these wheels but when I do find myself ogling them with attraction, I can't help but think, chrome staggered on my car, thin tire 8.5 in the front and wider tire 9.5 in the rear, would look pretty nice with the other things I want to have done!
My only real complaint is how heavy they are. For 17x9.5 they weigh a fair damn amount lol. I'm getting forged 18x10.5s and I'm still shaving 7 lbs a wheel.

Hello!
I know this is off topic but I’ve been trying to research this set up and I haven’t found specifications anywhere. I couldn’t find this picture anywhere else but on this thread. Might you or anyone else know the specifications of this fitment?
