I went from 334/360 to 480/435, major butt dyno difference.

If you spend the time, you can make them fit quite well, if you slap it all together and kick it out the door youll have some fitment issue. I get the odd rub on the odd speed bump...ill spend more time on it after i do my clutch. For the savings its worth it. Also i put one of these muffler inserts
to quiet it down a bit. I cut it down into 3 peices and insert one section into each muffler.

Did you put them before or after the muffler?

I slide it into the outlet of the muffler as far as I could while still being able to tack weld it into place.

That's a pretty good gain for True Duals!

Interesting... I wonder what a couple of these guys would do for volume and tone.

How does your car sound? Did you put them in while installing or go back and do it afterwards?

I'm running the same PRC heads with a TSP 233/239 cam & 92 Fast/PTM through pacesetter Lt's into a GMMG Y & putting down ~440

The TSP dumps are intolerable for any length of time, so the duals would help uncork my setup... Still, I don't think I'm going to pick up 40 hp with them... that MS3 must be where you're walking away from me.

It's definitely a max effort cam. I gained 30whp going from a canned tune to a street/dyno tune alone. It trapped 118 on the canned tune. Haven't been back to the track after the final tune. Should be in the 120's.

The MS3 isnt going to make you 40 more hp. Not even close. 480 is a bit of a stretch depending on the dyno but its possible. No stone can be left unturned. Uusually takes big cam, ported fast, aftermarket heads, and every bolt on in the catalog to get those numbers.

Totally agree, I don't think he was stating a 40 hp gain with just a cam change.

Put over 500 miles since the install and everything is still tight and straight as far as the exhaust goes. Very happy with the setup.

Thank you guys for the comments. LaBLKv6Z car looks great.

Just got an updated ETA yesterday afternoon. We should be seeing the true dual kits arriving within the next two weeks.

Thanks

Only a small handful of sound clips exist so far. Sure would be nice if some of the guys who finally got their setups sorted would post a clip or two

Thanks it's Shark Grey Metallic. It weighs 3420 with a full tank. In the process of weight reduction.

It sounds like open headers without rasp, maybe a tad quieter.
