Default Few harness/wiring questions

Almost finished with my truck 5.3 harness for my swap. PCM is blue/green most likely from a '04 5.3 or 6.0. It has the knock sensor plugs for the ones that do not go into the valley. Does this mean it's a gen IV harness?
engine is a '99 5.3. Are these two compatible?
Planning on staying DBW and I already have the parts. Anyone know what the plug on the left is?

pcm is a blue/green. I've already removed the wires I don't need and am about to splice my correct injector plugs on and lengthen everything. Also need to add my fuseblock in. Main thing I'm not sure about it what's needed from my car's original harness to make it all work.

That is a 2004 DBW PCM, so as long as you have the 04 TAC, pedal and throttle body you should be alright. Everything you have looks to be '04 truck so its GenIII. Are you positive about the knock sensors? They are on their ow.n small jumper harness with a 2 pin plug.

Not sure which plugs these are-they came undone when I cut the common grounds.

I'll double check but last time I checked they were a different plug then the ones my '99 5.3 needed for the knock sensors in the valley.

is the black plug pictured the c200? I traced a couple of its wires coming from the tac module.

In that pic, the plug with the green wires looks like the A/C compressor plug, cant tell on the other one, what color are the wires?

The plug you found wires going to the TAC sounds like the C100. The wires are probably 2 gray and a dark blue, they're cruise control wires.

Another pic of the unknown plug from earlier.
Two of these plugs-one goes to a knock sensor the other is from a common ground.

Can the c100 be removed completely?

This plug goes to the blue side of the pcm-pins 11 and 51 which are knock sensor 1 & 2.
Can anyone confirm this is a different plug then what's needed for the valley mounted knock sensors??

That's it. There's another harness that plugs into that plug that goes to the knock sensors.
