There are actually 3 bolts - 1 at the front passenger side, and 2 in the rear. http://www.wholesalegmpartsonline.co...rimLevel=25926
Look at the descriptions for part #1 and #4 - same part number, M14-2.0 x 130.

I have no idea what happened to it but it's gone. I stuck a screw driver in the hole thinking that it was broken off and the screw driver went through.

Yes, you have to lower the subframe.
The size of the bolt head has nothing to do with the dimensional specs of the bolt. As stated in the parts diagram, it's a 14mm-2.0 x 130mm bolt.
